All reservations generally be answered 24hs after they be received except Sundays and Public Holidays. When a reservation is confirmed it may be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash. All payments should be received before the arrival of the client. As soon as the payment is received, the Travel Agency will send the voucher electronically. This voucher should be presented at the front desk of the hotel at the moment of the check-in.

PAYMENT – All bookings are prepaid. Payment by credit card and bank transfer are accepted (all bank charges should be paid by the client).

Step 1 - Since you receive the total amount (*) fill the format according your credit card.
Step 2 - Send this format with the copy  of your credit card ( both sides ) and the copy of the passport of the card holder.

1 ) If notification of cancellation is received after payment is done and before the 14 working days (not including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) prior to check in date: There will be no cancellation charge except for a credit card processing fee 5% and if the payment was through a bank transfer all bank charges for the refund of money should be paid by client. From 21/12 to 18/01 the cancellation must be received 30 days prior to arrival

2 ) If notification of cancellation is received less than 14 working days (not including Saturday, Sundays and Public Holidays) prior to check. in date: a credit card processing fee of 5% PLUS one night room charge will be done. In case of bank transfers all bank charges should be paid by the client.

Penalties due to changes or modifications requested by the client, involving dates and/or itineraries or confirmed reservations, may apply.

Prices are in U.S. Dollars , and may not include taxes and a non-refundable processing fee.
